Since 2004 we have proudly served Building Owners , Property Managers , Facilities Managers , Cooperative and Condominium Boards of Directors and Elevator Companies throughout New York City.
Gotham performs Qualified Elevator Inspections (QEI) outside the five boroughs of New York City. We also offer a range of expediting services including violation searches and dismissals, attending court hearings and a full line of filing services for all phases of elevator work.
