Gotta Crop! founders Michelle Gomez and Marianne Alvarez found there was a need for a place that scrappers could go and relax, work on their albums, learn new ideas, and meet other scrappers with the same passion. Both being avid scrappers,wives, and mothers, they knew the importance of having the TIME to work, away from the stress of everyday life. With the wealth of beauty and fabulous getaway opportunities California holds, they knew that this would be something that scrappers from all over would enjoy. Together they have created weekends that not only inspire and revive you, but a place to learn the latest scrapbook techniques if you choose to attend any of the fabulous classes taught by their talented group of instructors. Their goal is to make sure every scrapper that attends their events is having the time of their lives , leaves having made new friends and will want to come again and again to their fun filled Ultimate Scrapbook Getaways!An avid scrapper for 7 years, Michelle Gomez has been an day care provider in her home. She also worked weekends at the local scrapbook store and making albums for the "scrapbook impaired". Michelle resides in Northern California with her husband and her 6 year old daughter.Marianne Alvarez has been a scrapaholic for the last 5 years. She was an Escrow Officer for thirteen years, and coordinated over 20 weddings as a Certified Wedding Consultant. Marianne lives in Northern California along with her husband, 11 year old son, and 4 year old daughter.
