For over 20 years our engineers have used the quantitative methods of mathmatics and physics to provide investigative and analytical services to private individuals, attorneys, insurance companies, corporations and governmental agencies. Our mission is to determine causative factors in accidents that result from vehicular crashes, mechanical malfunctions, structural collapse and product or premises defects. Our involvement is dictated by client desires, but we also provide guidance as to the best use of our time and resources. Often we begin immediately by examining and documenting the accident scene and the vehicles, machines, or other devices involved. We can also assist by advising about collection of additional information through discovery. We can then evaluate tests, other reports, statements and testimony for conformance with physical evidence. Based on these factors, we can perform an analysis, and if required prepare a report and present our findings in court. As our investigation proceeds, we frequently contact the client regarding preliminary findings and evaluations. If at any time we feel that further investigation is unwarranted, or that our findings will not benefit the client, the client is so notified.
