Description
The Early Intervention Tracking System is a Microsoft Access-based database designed to facilitate tracking, analyzing, reporting on, and billing for early intervention service provision in New Jersey. It contains forms for entering/viewing information about children, therapists, services authorized, and services provided. It includes numerous reports for internal tracking and analysis, such as Caseload By Therapist, Billing By Therapist, Total Billing for a given date period, Active Service Authorizations, etc. It also produces filled-in reports ready for submission to outside entities, for example, the Service Authorization/Billing Form. In addition, it provides for tracking of bills submitted, and reconciliation with payment amounts received from the State of NJ.
