The PSC industry is a service based industry and the service we provide is founded upon the selected professionals that we hire, train and deploy in support of contracts.

We consider our Training Center an institute of higher learning with regard to security planning, development and implementation. Training begins the day you walk in the door and is sustained throughout your career with GRAAL.

The GRAAL Group was founded in 2007 by former special operations personnel from various countries who have served extensively in Iraq, Afghanistan, North Africa, Bosnia, South America, East Timor and the Pacific Rim countries both as soldiers and as private security professionals. Their combined experiences, knowledge, education, language abilities, cross-cultural communications skills, insight and sensitivity to each countries traditions, ethics and values sets them apart from other private security companies operating throughout the world today.

CRISIS PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE We provide advisory services to help our clients develop effective strategies for crisis management, which ranges from organizational preparedness to prevention, response and recovery planning, including detailed plans for a number of potential crises, such as terrorist incidents, kidnapping, and health pandemics, among others.
