Grace Morgan House prides itself on its fee structure. It is based on the concept of a single fee for everything. With the exception of cable TV and telephone service in the apartment (we provide cable TV and telephones in our common areas), our fee covers everything we provide. We do not have “timed care,” or “a la carte” pricing. In addition, we offer most if not all of the services and amenities offered by larger corporate assisted living residences. When choosing an assisted living residence you should be aware that sometimes the price quoted is really only a "base" price. Many other fees are added, and some people are shocked when they see the first month's "real" bill. Please read the Wall Street Journal article located on this site for more information.
