The Graduate School of Banking at Colorado was established to provide officers and other selected employees of taxable, FDIC-insured financial institutions (and their holding companies, affiliates and regulators) with an educational opportunity for self-improvement through better understanding of: banking operations and management; the place of banking in the economic structure of the country; and the importance of the role of banking personnel in business affairs.

The School of Banking was established, “To make available to persons who have chosen banking as a career an intensive course of study of pertinent subject matter, and to enable them to participate in the discussion of comprehensive banking problems. The purpose of this program is to provide junior officers and other bank employees with an opportunity for self-improvement through better understanding of: Banking operations and management; the place of banking in the economic structure of the country; and the importance of the role of banking personnel in business affairs.

Applicant possesses a minimum of three years of experience in the banking industry or closely-related field.
