Agency Construction Management is typically used by our public customers where Graham Construction acts as their agent and owner’s representative to manage the construction project. We provide the same types of services as a construction manager at risk; however due to competitive bidding laws, the construction contracts are between the owner and the prime contractors. Graham administers and manages all of the contracts for the owner.

Construction Management at Risk is a collaborative process where Graham Construction is involved in the early stages of design. We provide our expertise to the owner and their team to evaluate the cost and feasibility of the project design.
