Granada Preschool was founded in 1963 by Margaret Mitchell. She was a visionary in the field of early childhood education. Many of the ideas she championed in the early '60s have come to be established principles in the field: the value of play in developing social skills and kindergarten readiness, a balance between academic and center based philosophies and the concept of the outdoor classroom. In 2013 we celebrated our 50th anniversary. We are proud of our past and look forward to continuing to provide a quality preschool experience in the years to come.

Granada Preschool was founded in 1963 and we have been providing a quality preschool experience at the same location ever since. We are proud of our dedicated staff, our beautiful campus and our tradition of providing the best possible education for children's early years. We care for children ages 2 - 6 and are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The Clubhouse, our program for school age children, was founded in 1982 in response to requests from parents. They wanted a program for older children that would continue the quality experience their child had received at Granada Preschool. Between Granada Preschool and The Clubhouse we offer care for children between the ages of 2 and 14.
