The Service division brings fire sprinkler inspection, testing, and maintenance to business owners and property managers in Nashville. Our Engineering division affords Grand Fire Protection the unique ability to offer Professional Engineered fire sprinkler drawings to our customers. Sectors Grand Fire Protection has the qualifications and expertise necessary to provide services to numerous sectors in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Our successful projects have included structures for a wide range of industries.

All types of buildings have water supply and waste/rain water removal needs. Grand Fire Protection's utilities division is a full service pipeline utilities contractor. We have the equipment and experience required for any size utility construction project. Our crews are as capable installing the domestic water supply and sanitary lines for a small retail project as they are running the storm sewer system for a large multi-building project. Regulations of the Tennessee State Fire Marshal's office require that all fire service lines for any new construction be installed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor. In addition to being a fully licensed plumbing & utility contractor, we are also a fully licensed fire sprinkler contractor. As such, we are qualified to install fire service lines eliminating the need to hire separate contractors for each service line.

There are many different types of fire sprinkler systems ranging from simple wet pipe systems to complicated double-interlocked preaction systems. When activated, fire sprinkler systems deliver some type of fire suppression agent to the area or areas of the building where a fire has been detected. While other fire suppression agents are available, water from the local public water system is most often used. Automatic fire sprinkler systems are extremely effective in controlling and even extinguishing fires.

Our Fire Sprinkler division provides design and installation services for new construction, as well as retrofit and renovation projects. The Utilities division offers full service underground utilities installation including fire mains, water lines, and sewer.
