(Comment: Our rental agreements provide information on rules and regulations for both facilities, but additional considerations apply, such as: No smoking inside units or anywhere on the grounds of the Langley facility; the speed limit for both facilities is 5 mph; Although we provide convenience outlets for attended temporary fans or lighting, you are not allowed to operate power tools or heaters.

(Comment: We have contracted lawn care and grounds maintenance for both facilities and take extra pains to keep the office and Climate Controlled building at our Langley facility clean and tidy at all times. We provide a dumpster for the convenience of our Langley facility customers.

(Comment: We have never experienced any problems with break-in or theft at either facility. Our Langley facility has 6' perimeter fencing and an electronic gate. The office has a monitored security system and we utilize video surveillance. Our TiaJuana facility has a resident rental agent and there are two occupied rent houses on the property. We provide freeze-proof outdoor hydrants at the Langley facility, as well as fire extinguishers in the Climate Controlled building and office.
