Jeff has 20 years of experience as a builder. Though he loves building houses, he is greatly enjoying this new chapter in his career, in which he specializes in designing and creating with granite. It is his building experience, though, that sets him apart from others in the industry. He understands the entire process; therefore, he is cognizant and respectful of deadlines and works to keep one step ahead of his clients to ensure their satisfaction. In Jeff's years as a builder, one constant was the praise and thanks that he received from his clients for his attention to detail. His aim has always been—and will always be—customer satisfaction, and he works diligently every step of the way to meet this goal. Jeff considers himself a perfectionist, always going above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy, even when it requires extra hours of work. Simply put, he does whatever it takes to please his clients. Something else that distinguishes Jeff from others in the industry is his involvement in all phases of your granite project, from the initial quote to the installation.

Each job is custom. Granite Design's professionals come to your house for measurements and then fabricate a piece of granite to fit and install. Each product is fabricated to precise measurements to ensure a finished project of highest quality. Since slabs can vary in color and pattern, at Granite Design you get to view the actual slab to be used for your project, so there will be no surprises. We take pride in our customer service and in customer satisfaction. You make the decision of what you want—you will not be pressured into a decision.

At Granite Design, we know our customers choose us because they want both the quality and sophisticated look of granite. And when it comes to a refined look, we believe that the "art of seaming" is to not have seams at all. However, if the counters are too big for the slabs or if we need to match grains, seams are necessary. This is where the "art of seaming," as well as our skill and knowledge, comes in. We pay close attention to the location of a necessary seam, and we grain the granite rather than just maximizing the efficiency of the material. Additionally, we use clear epoxy adhesives, as opposed to our competitor's polyester adhesive which will yellow. Epoxy is also a lot stronger than the other adhesives. Others tend not to use it because it takes longer to dry, but we find that spending extra time is important for consistently providing the best quality product. We do our best to seam in the sink cutout and cooktop cutout in order to eliminate seam length. We use slot and bolts to install the sinks, which ensures that your sink will stay in place for the duration of your countertops.
