The Carl Perkins Reporting Application will create the E-1 and E-2 year-end reporting needed by the state for your district to stay in compliance. Instead of having to look this information up using queries and hand counts, our software will extract the information from your student records system. After some simple mapping to match your data to the states requirements all the reports are created for the year end reporting in the new CBEDS report format required. The data is then compiled using the district module for district reporting and sent to the state via the Internet. After some simple mapping to match your data to the states requirements the MS Excel spreadsheet can be created. The data can then be sent to the state via the Internet. Also a student profile feature will allow you to compare academy students against non-academy students to show how your academy students are performing using graphs. A recruiting module gives you the capability to view potential candidates for your academy. Using simple queries you can compare non-academy students by GPA, attendance, discipline and economic factors. Also send letters you design to potential candidates. The application also now offers an archive capability to archive prior years of academy data for you to view/report.
