We are a consulting firm located in the Texas hill country just outside Austin, Texas. Over the past 30 years, Coleman and Associates principal Jillian Coleman Wheeler has written numerous successful grant proposals and obtained millions of dollars in grant funding for clients and for her own business and personal ventures. Our clients include private businesses, non-profit agencies, and individuals. In addition to grant writing services, the firm assists clients in business planning, community relations and public affairs, and marketing. We often work with organizations in developing projects from inception through completion.
