We had been selling finished products containing our inks for years and customers loved them. A number of years ago, we decided to focus on that which has always been our core competency, the design, formulation and distribution of bulk inks. We have always felt that companies should "focus on what they do best and support those who do the rest". Why should we compete with those in the industry committed to making quality cartridges and kits, when we can better support this industry by providing a high quality component to the same manufacturers.
