We are pleased to introduce ourselves, Graphite Repairs, L.L.C. We are a new graphite heat exchanger repair facility located in Gonzales, LA. Our new shop, which we believe to be the most complete of any graphite heat exchanger repair facility in the south, has the following capabilities: - Vertical boring mill for machining and turning large tube sheets and metal parts - Radial arm drill for back-boring tube sheets - Resin impregnation - Tube end and nozzle turning lathes - 20 ton capacity overhead crane, full length of shop
