Grayson & Associates is a boutique sized law firm specializing in commercial matters, both transactional and litigation. Our clientele are generally entrepreneurs, their companies, middle sized private companies and newer public companies. We also represent individuals with private matters, such as residential real estate purchases. Over the years we have developed a role as outside general counsel and attorneys to many of our clients, which gives them full scale representation on an as needed basis, and allows them to free up capital, as they do not have carry a full time in-house legal staff or be on a retainer with the larger firms. In this capacity we are proactive in that we provide advice and counseling as a situation develops, so that future conflict and possible litigation can be avoided.
