Great Rate DJs specializes in affordable music for your next Company Picnic or whatever other needs your business may have. Our speciality is for company events that only need something simple at an affordable rate but we also offer options to customize your experience for when your corporate event requires more than just the basics.

A: Deposits are non-refundable or still required if not already paid when an event is canceled plus 50% of the remaining balance will be owed to the DJ by no later than the event date as compensation for turning away other business for the same date. If purchaser does not pay 50% of the balance to the DJ in full by then, the DJ can charge a 5% late fee each month based on the balance not paid. If purchaser does not pay this balance to the DJ within 90 days the DJ reserves the right to seek legal action and can charge 100% of the remaining balance including late fees and all associated legal costs. If DJ collected payment prior to engagement but was not able to provide services for an unforeseen reason Great Rate DJs will refund 100% of the collected deposit but can not be held liable for the portion paid to the DJ. If purchaser changes the scope of an event after booking and the DJ is not able to provide the additional services, purchaser will be required to pay the cancellation fee. If the DJ arrives at an event that was canceled but purchaser did not inform DJ or Great Rate DJs of the cancellation, purchaser will still be responsible for full payment of the contracted services.

At Great Rate DJs we don't assume your business function will always need the largest sound system and biggest light show, instead we start with the basics and go from there. For example a DJ, professional equipment and a good selection of music is all that's needed for most company picnics. Other occasions such as holiday parties may require lighting, karaoke, sound in a separate area, an assortment of wireless microphones and so on. You can add any of these options to your Company Picnic and/or Corporate Party package to customize it for your specific needs.
