Cristina has an MS in Organizational Effectiveness and over 25 years of experience in training and development, staff coaching, effective communication, and creative problem solving. She has worked with children with physical and cognitive challenges, as well as adults with Alzheimer’s, stroke, dementia, and terminal illness. As a Youth Group Leader at her church, Cristina works with middle and high school kids to help them make positive life choices, participate in community service, and raise money for children in need.
