The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce is a leading organization in Howell County, representing over 550 area businesses. The Chamber is focused on establishing West Plains as the retail trade and economic development center in south central Missouri. The Chamber offers services to strengthen existing businesses, to encourage small business creation and to develop marketing strategies for increasing tourism to the West Plains area.
