Bobbie has over 18 years of experience in the real estate market. Her experience ranges from such notable companies and associations as; Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association, Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association, Rouse & Associates and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. Between Rouse and First Industrial she has experience in property management, leasing and marketing, tenant fit-outs, development projects, as well as other special projects relating to the real estate industry.

GreenWorks Development's many years of experience in the development and construction fields gives it a comprehensive understanding of the many challenges by developers, builders, municipalities and others involved in contemporary revitalization and economic development projects. This knowledge enables us to provide an array of consulting and other services that help speed projects through the planning, construction and lease-out periods, saving time and money for investors and the communities in which they are located.

John Foltz has 12 years of experience in building and construction maintenance and is the Building Manager for the Evangelical Press Building and Midtown Campus for GreenWorks Development, LLC. John joined GreenWorks Development with a focus on managing and maintaining the company’s building and infrastructure assets in Midtown Harrisburg. John holds certification in HVAC Certified Type I and II. His past experience includes Walters Plumbing and Eichelbergers, where he served as a field troubleshooter, residential and commercial property service technician, and running emergency services coordinator. His experience also includes maintenance services for numerous apartment complexes. John most recently was employed by Susquehanna Township School District in the maintenance staff where he performed preventative and general maintenance on 5 educational facilities. John’s knowledge and experience is a great asset to the GreenWorks Property Management division.

GreenWorks Development acquired the venerable Evangelical Press Building at N. 3rd and Reily Streets in late 2005 for the purpose of restoring and upgrading it to meet the needs of Harrisburg Area Community College’s Community Career and Technology Academy, which was located nearby in increasingly outdated facilities. The massively-built 130,000 sq. ft. structure had sat vacant for 8 months before GreenWorks Development undertook its $17 million rehabilitation in mid 2006. Constructed early in the 20th Century, the building had been the home of Evangelical Press, a printing company, for decades before being turned into a state office and laboratory building in the 1970’s. Today the building has been completely restored and upgraded to meet the varied needs of nearly 2,500 students enrolled in HACC’s trade and technology programs.

Doug Neidich is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenWorks Development. Prior to co-founding GreenWorks, Doug founded InterCon Systems, a developer and manufacturer of high-density, high-speed electronic connector systems. He took the company from the garage to over $20 million in sales before selling it to the Amphenol Corporation in April of 2005. He brings successful full-cycle entrepreneurial experience to GreenWorks. Doug earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1980.
