David Roeder is Managing Director for Green Campus Partners. In his role, Roeder is primarily responsible for initial credit due diligence regarding potential projects, cash flow modeling, solicitation of investors, and the coordination of project fundings. He has more than 20 years of experience in the underwriting, funding and syndication of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for institutional customers. In particular, Roeder has substantial experience in the financing of tax-exempt transactions for state & local governments and not-for-profits.
