In 1985, Roger Greenberg and Andrew Bederman saw the need for a new kind of law firm, one that could serve as a resource not only in its own "back yard", but across the country. They seek to serve in various areas of law including long term disability law and the related areas of personal injury, social security disability, and medical malpractice.Today, Greenberg & Bederman LLP is a firm of four attorneys with a reputation for excellence in personal injury litigation, including wrongful denial of private long term disability and Social Security benefits; medical malpractice; product liability and pharmaceutical liability; and auto accidents and premises liability.Our home base is the Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area, with our main office in the Greenberg & Bederman building at 1111 Bonifant Street, a half-block from the Metro station in Silver Spring, Maryland, a suburb of Washington. For the convenience of our clients, we also maintain satellite offices in the District of Columbia, Fairfax, and Greenbelt. The firm has four partners, a support staff of associate attorneys, paralegals, and clerical assistants.
