Gregory Michaels & Associates, Inc. was founded in October 1982 by Greg Crecos, Managing Partner. The firm began as a regional firm, concentrating on assignments in the finance function and in the consumer packaged goods industry. During the first nine years of existence, Gregory Michaels & Associates focused on the recruiting and placing of people located only in the Chicago-land area. Movement beyond Chicago began as the candidates that we placed progressed through the corporate ranks and moved to companies outside the Chicago area.
