Description

Our practice is dedicated to assiting persons and organizations with civil rights and disabilities claims. We have over 38 years experience in administrative and civil litigation. We care deeply about assisting our clients to achieve the best results possible in an ethical and professional manner.

We provide our clients with effective and knowledgeable representation throughout the hearing process. We are ready to help you, too.

Hearing If your claim is again denied at the reconsideration phase, you can request a hearing in front of an administrative judge to argue your case. We provide effective representation for clients in these hearings and have successfully resolved many cases at this stage of the process.

Anne concentrates in selective civil litigation and civil rights, where she counsels individuals and organizations in employment law, fair housing, school and special education law and disability rights. Anne also has experience in personal injury litigation and business organization representation. She regularly represents applicants with Social Security Disability/Supplement Security Income claims, many of whom are refered to her by treating physicians and mental health care providers.

At Greider Hillyer, we are available to provide assistance in employment and labor law mediation and arbitration sessions as well as in courtroom litigation. We have a thorough understanding of Missouri, Illinois and federal labor and employment laws — including Title VII of the Civil Rights Law of 1964, the Taft-Hartley Act, the Equal Pay Act (EPA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) — and handle a broad range of cases.
