Patrick is a Dakota Wesleyan University Alumnus, majoring in Sports Management and Marketing. He has an extensive background in Section 8 low income housing, cost control, and profitability. With fluency in on-site residential property management and maintenance, Patrick has a unique prospective for the management side of investment real estate.
