Requires BSEE plus 4+ years of industry experience in the hardware architecture and design of high performance network systems products. Proven track record of ability to rapidly complete products designs and successfully release them into volume production. Demonstrated knowledge of high-speed circuit design principals, design for testability, manufacturability and approvals compliance. Knowledge of high performance, processor/multi-processor and/or multiplex or technologies and design principals required. Strong verbal and written skills a must.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering; a minimum of 10 years experience in supervising contractors and craftsmen in an operating refinery; the ability to review drawings and construction packages; a basic knowledge in refinery safety and OSHA safety regulations; a working knowledge of refinery work order and work permit system; and a demonstrated experience in construction man hours estimating and cost & progress reporting.
