Description

Group II established in 2000 in the state of Florida is a General Constructing and a Roofing Contracting firm, which provides complete construction services to both the private and public sector doing residential, commercial and industrial work. Group II is divided into two divisions. Division 1 is that of general contracting while Division 2 is that of roofing contracting. The general construction division provides service in the areas of high end as well as medium to lower end residential construction. Group II also has experience in the custom built single-family residences, multi-family buildings and commercial projects. Group II specializes in rehabilitations and build-outs of single and multi-family residences as well as in new and renovation/repairs of industrial and commercial build-outs. The roofing division provides service in the private and public sector through new construction projects as well as re-roofs of any size in the fields of single-family residence, multi-family apartment buildings and commercial shopping centers. Group II is approved for any type of bidding work in the public sector. Mr. Carlos A. Valderrama, Group II President, is a graduate from Florida International University in Construction Management, College of Engineering.
