Mr. States performs traffic impact studies and traffic assessment studies. He supervises traffic data collection and conducts analyses including trip generation/distribution, capacity analyses, sight distance calculations, and traffic signal warrant analyses. He coordinates traffic and pedestrian turning movement counts and 24-hour automatic traffic recorder counts including volume, speed, and classification; summarizes all data using computer software programs. Mr.

Gregory E. Creasy, P.E. and Jay E. States, P.E. are principals of the firm and have combined traffic engineering experience of more than 35 years. The principals are in charge of individual study and design projects, and have primary project management responsibility. Terrance W. Grove, P.E., founder of the firm with more than 45 years of traffic engineering experience, continues to provide traffic engineering consultation.

Mr. Creasy performs traffic impact studies and traffic assessment studies. He conducts traffic data collections and analyses including trip generation/distribution, capacity analyses, sight distance calculations, and traffic signal warrant analyses. He prepares traffic signal designs and associated traffic signal studies, and the technical specification packages for traffic signal installation projects. He develops timing parameters for coordination plans with respect to coordinated traffic signal systems using signal optimization software.
