Gruppo, Levey and Co. was founded in 1992 by experienced industry executives, to provide independent financial advisory services to business owners, financial sponsors and management teams in the $1.5 trillion direct marketing industry. Over the years, the firm has continued to evolve to address changing market conditions and technology.

Chris has over two decades of experience in the investment banking arena, most recently in the Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas Group at Source Capital Group. His expertise spans commercial real estate development, M&A and structured finance.

As the economy and markets shift, so does GLC. Today, transactions are often driven by capital providers, not by the users of capital. This is particularly true in the Infrastructure sector, where the banks that traditionally financed major projects have dramatically shortened the length of time for which they are willing to provide capital. With this in mind, we continue to expand our distribution capabilities in the Private Capital Markets, with a particular focus in Infrastructure Finance, private equity and debt capital.

Since co-founding the firm, Claire has initiated and directed transactions and advisory assignments in every segment of the direct marketing industry. She has worked with multi-channel retailers, specialty publishers, B2B distributors, marketing services companies and numerous private equity firms. Claire has been a frequent guest on CNBC and Fox Business News commenting on M & A trends and analysis and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
