Kathi Cushman began her career in the arts and took various side-turns, including 6 years as a copywriter. She entered the world of print graphic design in 1990 and there she finally found her niche. As Gryphon's creative partner she's been immersed in Web design for the last 10 years. Prior to Gryphon she spent 12 years at Hewlett Packard, where she first became interested in Web-based design and communications.
