Michelle Bocik has been a job developer with GS Consulting Group LLC for over 6 years. As a new job developer, her focus was on job development with injured workers through workers compensation. Since 2008, she has developed strong experience working with client's with cognitive disabilities, designing positions and job retention with employers, and building employer relations. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, going to parks and lakes and watching movies.

Megan Tankersley has been a school teacher for 15 years in the East Valley. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University. She then went on to graduate from Arizona State University with a Master's in Education. She has extensive experience in online testing creation, administration, evaluation, and monitoring. As well as testing, she spent a lot of time with different age groups in a counselor role working with personal issues, as well as helping students create life plans.

Michael Blizel began working with GS Consulting in August of 2013. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a Bachelors Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and a Concentration in Criminal Justice along with being the schools quarterback of the football team. He has had prior job development experience working with ex felons and substance abusers. He has goals of getting his Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation as well. In his free time, Michael plays independent league baseball, and enjoys exercising and being with his family.

This client recently contacted GSC to tell her job developer that she was thankful for the advice. This client was able to purchase a home for herself and her family at the young age of 21 from the money she had earned at the senior living facility over the past year. This client also stated that she has been contacted by several hospitals for interviews now that she has over one year of experience in her field.
