Although a modest number of seniors choose – and have the resources – to move into a retirement or assisted living community, most prefer to remain in their current homes. Sometimes a critical incident -- such as a fall – makes you wonder if your loved ones are safe or may need some type of assistance. GuardiaCare’s Care Management Services are designed to guide families through the myriad of questions that arise and decisions that need to be made. Calling on the experts to provide accurate information and connection to resources can save enormous amounts of time. It is well worth the reasonable fee for such consultations to lift the burden of worry and avoid costly mistakes. Many services, such as a Home Safety Assessment or Caregiver University On-Line, are available at no charge to eligible caregivers. Every family’s situation and interpersonal dynamics are unique, but our experienced and caring staff knows the right questions to ask. This expanded role for GuardiaCare is a natural extension of our “guiding hand, caring heart” philosophy.
