Since 1974, the award has been presented to one individual annually.Quincy, who retired from Guardian as General Agent of the Mid-Atlantic Agency on December 31, 2005, made his mark by achieving distinction in the Life insurance business, and at Guardian, by making the most out of the many opportunities that came his way. From his successful track record of turning scratch agencies into top performers, to his more than 30 years as a Million Dollar Round Table member, to creating and managing a Guardian General Agency that took home the prestigious President's Cup —Guardian's highest agency honor — on three occasions, Quincy is widely regarded as an industry great.
