Dave Bair and Tim Carmichael have been friends for over thirty years and share a common passion for helping people work together to make the world a little better place in which to live. For years they discussed the issue of bringing current computer technology to human services in order to make it easy for people to communicate and to share important information. In their literature they use the term "creating the village", believing that the health of a community depends upon the health of its children. Communities convey healthy values to children through caring relationships. Children grow up healthier when they feel connected to caring adults. One benefit of computer technology is its ability to foster communication in real time. Dave and Tim believe that technology can be applied in ways that can help "create the village" needed to connect caregivers. GuardianTrac LLC is dedicated to developing user-friendly products such as GuardianTrac as a way to connect people as efficiently and easily as possible.
