Wally is consistently a top regional salesperson, and Owner and Licensed Designated Broker.Susan's focus includes finance, promotion, document review, marketing and personnel issues. Her vision has provided the framework for GP’s company development. She is a leader of numerous island philanthropic efforts, and an excellent resource for information on schools and community non-profits. She and Wally have two young daughters and a grown son. Susan is the Owner/Business Manager for Gudgell Properties.
