The firm operated as a partnership until 1982 when the firm was incorporated as Angelo Guida & Company, P.A. On January 1, 1992 the firms of Angelo Guida & Company, P.A. and James A. Jimenez, C.P.A., P.A. merged to form Guida & Jimenez, P.A. We are responsive to the needs of our stakeholders; clients, staff and community.
