Overview Jeff Grossberg, Founding Partner of Guidestone Consulting, supports the success of numerous enterprises through strategic, financial and organizational development. Jeff has consulted with more than 75 clients in the realms of sustainability, socially responsible business and capital, philanthropy, community development, educational reform and youth, integral health, and peace making , in both for-profit and non-profit arenas. He helps his clients clarify their vision, while anticipating key trends and opportunities, navigating uncertainty to make better strategic decisions. He assists in creating strategic and business plans and building aligned and highly functioning teams that foster individual initiative in a collaborative environment. Jeff brings to each venture a focus on authentic leadership that includes personal as well as organizational development. He also specializes in and excels at fundraising, having raised many millions of dollars, providing him with a significant network of major donors and foundations. Jeff’s work often involves actively facilitating strategic alliances. As well, he coaches executives, individuals and teams, both as independent projects and as part of broader organizational change efforts. A pathfinder and problem-solver, he has spent several decades creating and sharing new and better ways to get things done. Background Jeff has honed his skills through such diverse endeavors as serving as CEO of several fifty-plus-million dollar enterprises, living in a spiritual community and in an ecovillage, and raising millions of dollars for numerous social change enterprises. Jeff has been the Executive Director of the Omega Institute, the Waldorf Alliance Foundation, the Achievable Foundation, and the Children’s Media Resources, as well as the Director of Development for the Girl Scouts. He has long been deeply involved in innovative social entrepreneurship as a means of working with the world as it is to create a world as we want it to be.
