GVMC is very pleased to announce that Wendy Ogilvie, LEED AP ND, has recently joined GVMC as Director of Environmental Programs. Ms. Ogilvie has been affiliated with GVMC and its environmental programs for over 13 years. She has been responsible for the complete administration of the 23 community NPDES Municipal Storm Water Permit Consortium serving Kent and Ottawa Counties. She has also been an active member of GVMC’s Lower Grand River Organization of Watersheds (LGROW) and was instrumental in authoring and coordinating the Lower Grand River Watershed Management Plan.
