The H&A Consulting Partners team interacts with our Client's management to transform the business and implement the change management process: - Prioritize each barrier and the estimated impact on the business - Set specific measurable management goals - Develop action plans to resolve, manage through or around barriers - Work with the management team to implement the action plans - Implement a means of monitoring results, utilizing measurement metrics - Monitor the impact of the action plan implementation, fine tune as required - Handoff to the ongoing management team - Perform a follow-up assessment on the results of the change management process
