Complete Price Structure - detailed breakdown of costs for materials and fees are provided prior to signing a contract. Ongoing Communication - Weekly updates provide the clients with a constant reenforcement of "hands on management" and personalized service. Project Management - This service is available regardless of scope of project or involvement of the team. Michael is an accomplished project manager and can oversee most building projects. This service is priced separately form any other service as it doesn not necessarily involve use of the entire team.
