HC&M Commercial Properties, Inc. was founded in 1994 by three partners: Chris Harney, Jay Cahan and Scott Mason, who were previously top producers working at different firms and realized that by working as a team they could satisfy an unfulfilled niche by creating a company that specialized solely in the ever-changing South of Market industrial/commercial marketplace. Subsequently, experienced office brokers were recruited to provide HC&M clients with representation in all categories and locale.
