HDR provides comprehensive infrastructure solutions to upstream players – water management, including FRAC water treatment and disposal; federal, state and local permitting, including environmental planning and analysis; transportation planning and logistics; civil design; oil spill contingency planning and response; corrosion control engineering; and right-of-way planning and acquisition.

We provide developers the experience and expertise they need to complete the civil design phase of their projects. We understand how to follow local design guidelines and work with permitting agencies. Our services include site layout and conformance to setbacks and floor-to-area (FAR) requirements, grading and erosion controls, storm water management, wetland mitigation, utilities, water/wastewater systems, solid waste disposal, lighting, and roads and parking. We also can provide construction management services.
