Description

The mission of Hitz Memorial Skilled Nursing Home and Assisted Living Apartments is to provide health care services within a Christian atmosphere with tender love and care. We are a not-for-profit minitry of the United Church of Christ and have been in business since 1952 providing services to the elderly. Hitz offers adult day care, nursing home care, and assisted living apartments. We are licensed by the Department of Public Health. We are certified Medicare and Medicaid. Hospice and Respite care is available. Hitz Home is a member of the Region 8 Area Agency on Aging Pioneer Coalition.
