They wanted to provide a source of credit for people to purchase homes, as well as a secure place to deposit savings.From its early beginning as a local hometown lender, Home Federal has evolved into a leading commercial and retail bank with nearly $1 billion in assets.A Private Banking division, Eagle Crest Capital Bank, was opened in 2001 in Edina, and in 2002 at the company's Civic Center Drive location in Rochester.
