HPC programs are developed to assist with employment preparation, vocational training and job placement for individuals in local communities. We have 50 years experience working and placing individuals who are typically difficult to place. In response, our programs may include housing assistance, mental health services and educational GED preparation to prepare clients to be successful in a stable workforce environment. COMMUNITY BASED COALITION PROJECT (CBC) The CBC Project is designed to provide suitable housing and programming facilities for the Parolee population in the Service Planning Area (SPA-6) of Los Angeles County. HPC is the Project Management Company and Director for this program, charged with all overseeing all aspects and project direction. HPC directs all subcontractor community sites, establishing goals, oversees staff and program coordination. HPC will ensure the commitment of the project is translated into strategic and consistent actions with personnel and participants. The overall program goals are: Social Security Administration - Work Incentive Planning and Assistance
