Tracy Dearman, President and Chief Executive Officer, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with over ten years’ experience in Real Estate. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to the organization, and is the driving force behind growth and success of HSM. She is an action oriented decision maker with strengths in problem solving, strategic planning and negotiation. Tracy holds an MBA with an emphasis on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University.
