Andrew Haas founded HCM in 2003. Prior to founding HCM, Andrew had worked for the construction arm of two prominent commercial developers based in NJ for over 15 years in various capacities starting as a tradesman and ultimately becoming a Senior Project Manager. During the course of his career, Andrew has contracted and managed several million square feet of new building construction as well as large scale commercial renovation work both inside and outside of New Jersey. He attended New Jersey Institute of Technology and possesses a degree in Engineering Technology.

Haas Construction Management, LLC (HCM) is a construction services firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in Northern New Jersey serving individual, corporate, industrial and institutional clients primarily in the tri-state area. We are a multi-faceted organization capable of acting in the capacity of Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Design/Build Contractor and General Contractor.

Sal has been with HCM since 2007 and is charged with overseeing HCMs field crews as well as performing the most skilled trade work. Sal has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and is an expert craftsman. While away from work, Sal spends time with his wife Jane and their children Brian, Nick Jill and Michael. Sal enjoys fishing and coaching travel soccer. He is also involved with coaching the robotics program in his local high school.

Regardless of the capacity in which we are working on a project, the quality, scheduling and economic goals of our client are always our primary focus.
