Jon R. Haddan Jon R. Haddan has practiced corporate and securities law in Los Angeles and Orange Counties for more then 25 years, following his graduation from UCLA Law School, where he was a member of the UCLA Law Review. His practice is devoted primarily to the representation of emerging growth and middle market companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of such representation including licensing, corporate partnering, securities offerings, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he also handles a variety of general corporate and partnership matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haddan was associated with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, a partner of Hufstedler, Miller, Kaus & Beardsley, both of which are large Los Angeles-based firms with Orange County offices, and a partner in the Orange County office of Cooley Godward, a large firm headquartered in San Francisco. He is a former Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law Section of the Orange County Bar and a former member of the California State Bar's Corporations Code Committee.
