We are a local union company with over 25 years of experience in the trade with owners that were born and raised and still live in the Reno/Sparks community.

Owner Rick Hadlock, 4th generation Nevadan with a commitment to serving the Reno/Sparks area for over 25 years in the field of Heating and Air conditioning . Started as an apprentice in 1985,and began a 25 year long career in the field. Attended a four years apprentice program earning a journeyman's certification with local 26, while working for one of the biggest companies in the Reno Sparks area. He has also earned a manometer license and has teaching credentials in Industry.

Vice President Ozzie Lopez has lived in Reno, NV for over 22 years. For the last 15 years, he's been dedicated to the heating and air conditioning field, acquiring many certifications such along the way. Being Union trained in the field, Ozzie not only provides the experience needed to do the job, but also the schooling and training to get the job done the proper way, including Plumber & Pipe Fitter Service Training and Sheet Metal Union.
